Exterior Painting this building had a great deal of mortar falling out and breaking apart, as well as peeling paint around it. The building had to be power washed and allowed to dry. Next, there was scraping to be done and some mortar was repaired. Then we sprayed primer and rolled the entire building. The first coat of paint was also sprayed and back rolled. Then the second coat of paint was sprayed on. Last, the trim was painted with two coats.
