To achieve this, we executed a comprehensive renovation that involved removing decking boards, side railings, and balusters. We also relocated the stairs to create a more centralized focal point leading to the backyard.
After replacing joists and leveling the deck, Outdoor Living Roomzz LLC installed TimberTech Composite Decking boards for durability and aesthetic appeal. We meticulously rebuilt the stairs using TimberTech stair treads and designed custom railings using TimberTech Solid Decking Boards and aluminum balusters for long-term durability.
To fulfill the client's desire for a stunning wood-burning fireplace, we crafted custom cabinets from Iroku wood and adorned them with cultured stone. The 13' wide fireplace is flanked by 4'x4'; cabinets on each side, providing ample storage for wood and outdoor essentials. The cabinets and hearth are topped with rainbow rock, adding a touch of elegance that our clients adore.
In addition to the fireplace, we constructed a custom cedar pergola stained gray to complement the composite decking boards. For added versatility and comfort, we installed a ShadeTree Retractable Deck and Patio Canopy, allowing the homeowners to control sunlight exposure as desired.
