My husband and I came home one Saturday from a day out with our kids to find our upstairs guest bathroom had flooded. The water gushing from the ceilings rivaled Niagra Falls. The damage spanned all three floors of our home and was extremely extensive. On a recommendation from my mother in law, I called Gotham Builders. It was the best decision we ever made. The owner Greg, worked directly with my insurance company to assess the damage and ensure all repairs were done beautifully. Most of our main floor was ripped down to the studs, all new floor and sheet rock was needed. Our kitchen cabinets were warped and destroyed from the flood and had to be replaced. Our daughters room and upstairs bathroom were demo’ed and redone as well. The basement ceiling and rug needed to be ripped out and replaced. Greg and his team returned our home back to being beautiful again. I highly recommend Gotham Builders. If fact my parents went on to use them for work in their home as well.
